National Agency for the Control of AIDS (NACA), Abuja: Mapping of HIV-Related NGOs in Oyo State; August 2012.
The programme involved the following:
- Adeoye Dare Samuel conducted CSO Mapping for HIV-related NGOs in Oyo State, making use of HIV/AIDS indices to identify NGOs working directly on HIV/AIDS interventions, whose capacity needed to be strengthened in the state.

MISEREOR, Germany/JDPMC, Osogbo, Osun State: Mid-Term Evaluation and Review of an on-going Funded Project; November to December 2013.
The programme involved the following:
- Adeoye Dare Samuel conducted field visits to project sites for beneficiaries observations, quantitative survey, in-depth interviews, semi-structured interviews, focus group discussions, contextual analysis, key informant interviews, document review, etc, to get required information.
- Adeoye Dare Samuel prepared the final report document based on the findings and analysis of the evaluation exercise and submitted to MISEREOR.

Agricultural and Rural Management Training Institute (ARMTI), Ilorin, Kwara State: General Capacity Building on Organisational Development for all the Staff of ARMTI; Consultant / Team Leader; August 2013 to October 2013
The programme involved the following:
- Adeoye Dare Samuel conducted series of Capacity Building programmes on Organizational Development for different cadres of staffers of the Institute (about 200), starting from a Management Retreat through to the entire work-force, aimed at Goal Attainment and Better Service Delivery.
- Different Modules on Organizational Development were developed and workshops were organised for seven groups at different intervals.
- Reports were written on each workshop to the Management of the Institute at the end of each training programme.

The programme involved the following:
- Adeoye Dare Samuel felicitated the development of survey tools, test running of designed tools re-modifying the tools, conduct of research into the effectiveness and efficiency of the research institute towards the development of capacity in the region.

- Adeoye Dare Samuel was in charge of the monitoring and Evaluation of the end phase of the Programme on Adolescent Reproductive Health Education (UNFPA) among secondary school students in Osun State.
